Hey, I'm Irene Evangelou!
Therapist, Podcaster, Baby boy mum, recovering perfectionist, lover of a good coffee, and I’m also a shameless podcast junkie.
By day, I’m a Counsellor and Hypnotherapist, specialising in helping women to overcome high-functioning anxiety, heal their inner child, silence that relentless inner critic, and build lasting confidence, without overwhelm or burnout.
Before I started my private practice and online business, I was juggling the same struggles many of my clients face: the exhaustion of people-pleasing, the constant overthinking, and that nagging feeling of “Am I enough?”

In fact, I’ve built a thriving online business that blends counselling, hypnotherapy, and self-help tools, serving women all over the world who are ready to ditch anxiety and finally feel grounded in themselves.
But let’s rewind for a second… because it definitely wasn’t always calm-breathing-in-the-sunshine moments over here.
I used to work long hours, giving so much of myself to everyone around me while quietly burning out behind the scenes, and trying to prove myself constantly, all while stressed and exhausted, sitting in traffic on the way home to do it all over again the next day.
